A white-label gallery for wedding films

Your logo on the page. No watermark on the picture. A domain when the studio name should be the URL.

Vitalii Povolotskyi9 October 2026

14 days free. No card.

The couple opens the wedding film on a phone, and the first thing on the screen is your studio. A white-label gallery for wedding films puts your logo on that page, plays the video with no watermark, and can use a domain you own. momentake publishes this note for wedding videographers who hand the film to the couple after the edit.

On Wednesday evening you send two messages. The first carries the gallery link and the title, Mara and Owen, 3 October. The second carries the password. The couple opens the page before sleep. Your logo sits in the header. The highlight plays. The ceremony master waits under it.

The logo on every plan

You place your logo on the gallery on Free, Basic, Pro, and Max. You upload that file under Settings, then Brand. You open the gallery in a private window and you check the header before the message goes out. A wrong file in that slot is the mark the mother will screenshot.

The video has no watermark on any plan. The picture the couple watches is the grade you exported. The name on the page is the logo and the gallery title. The footer on the page reads "made with momentake". You hide that footer on Max. On Free, Basic, and Pro the footer stays on the page.

Pro and Max connect a custom domain. The couple can open the film on an address you own, and the parents can read your studio name in the browser bar. Free and Basic keep the gallery on the address momentake gives you. The logo is on those plans too. The domain is the extra line on Pro and Max.

The mother at the kitchen table

On Thursday the mother opens the link at the kitchen table. She sees the logo, the title, and the highlight. She screenshots the header and sends it to her sister with the link. The sister asks for the password. The mother copies your second message. The sister watches the first dance on a phone in a taxi.

On Max the footer is hidden, so the screenshot is the logo and the film. On Pro the footer line stays on the page, under the films, and the custom domain is in the address. You pick Max when that footer line should leave the page. You pick Pro when the domain is the piece you want and the footer can stay.

A Drive folder shows Google’s name and a file grid. The film sits beside brunch JPEGs. The gallery shows your logo and the two films you placed, highlight first. The couple keeps a Google account, and a shared folder matches a habit they use for other family files. The page they pin for the film is the gallery. Read a Drive folder or a client gallery and Google Drive for wedding films.

The page you build

You set the gallery title to both names and the ceremony date. You add a cover from the exit of the ceremony, a frame they recognize in a thumbnail. You place the highlight above the ceremony master. An example pair is a master around 18 GB and a highlight around 4 GB, 22 GB of originals. momentake counts those original files toward the quota. The streams stay outside the quota.

You set a password the couple can read aloud. An example is the venue name plus the year. You send it in the second message. A forwarded link travels without the password. The parents type it once, and the page opens. They watch in the browser. They do not create an account.

You turn downloads off when you want the film to play on the page. You turn downloads on when the parents asked for a file for the television. A public file link can point at one original, with its own password and an expiry of 7 days, 30 days, or no end date. The uncle downloads Mara-Owen-Highlight.mp4. The couple keeps the gallery. The week of the handoff is in delivering the wedding film.

Plans on 9 October 2026

Logo, watermark, footer, and domain on momentake, as of 9 October 2026.

Basic$6.99YesNoneShownNo
Pro$12.99YesNoneShownYes
Max$29.99YesNoneHiddenYes

Free includes 20 GB, 3 galleries, and 1080p. Basic includes 300 GB, 4K, and unlimited galleries. Pro includes 1 TB, 4K, a custom domain, and unlimited galleries. Max includes 3 TB, 4K, a custom domain, and unlimited galleries. You can start a 14-day trial, and you do not enter a card. The example pair at 22 GB needs more than the 20 GB on Free. Thirteen copies of that example use 286 GB, and on Basic you have 14 GB unused.

On Free the couple watches at 1080p. On Basic, Pro, and Max they watch at 4K. The upload cap is 30 GB, so the 18 GB master fits in one upload. You export MP4 or MOV, with H.264 or HEVC. The couple can watch the original in the player while momentake transcodes, and you say that in the note if you send the link the same afternoon. You check the file size in the export folder before that upload.

Other screens the couple might see

WeTransfer is built for a one-off send. You use it for a teaser on Sunday night, one person and one download. The gallery is the page the mother screenshots on Thursday, with your logo in the header. WeTransfer for wedding films describes that one-off shape.

Vimeo is a public portfolio. The couple watches on a Vimeo page. On 9 October 2026 the upgrade page lists Starter at $12, Standard at $25, and Advanced at $75 per seat per month, on Vimeo upgrade plans. Your logo on the gallery is the header the mother screenshots. Vimeo for wedding films sets that public page next to this one.

Frame.io collects frame-accurate comments for editors. You and an editor mark a frame. On 9 October 2026 the pricing page lists Free at $0, Pro at $15 per member per month, and Team at $25 per member per month, on Frame.io pricing. The parents at dinner watch the finished film, with your logo in the header. Frame.io for wedding delivery keeps those frame notes with the editors.

The life of the branded page

You cancel under Settings, then Plans and Billing. The subscription stays active until the paid period ends, and the couple keeps watching. After that date you get a 14-day grace period. The couple opens the link during those 14 days. momentake blocks new uploads in that window. If you do not renew, momentake removes the files and the galleries, and the couple cannot open the link.

In June the couple opens the same gallery for a cousin who missed the recessional. The logo is the one you checked on Wednesday. The domain, if you are on Pro or Max, is the address in the message they forward. The footer is hidden if you are on Max. The cousin types the password and watches the highlight on a phone. The map of the platform is in what a video delivery platform is. Plan questions are in the FAQ.

A check before the screenshot

On Wednesday night you open the gallery on your phone, on mobile data, before the couple does. You type the password. You play ten seconds of the highlight. You scrub to the vows on the ceremony master. You look at the header. The logo is the file from Settings, then Brand. If the slot holds an old mark from last season, you replace it and you reload the page.

You read the footer. On Free, Basic, and Pro the line "made with momentake" is on the page. On Max that line is hidden. You are on Pro for this wedding because the couple asked for a domain with your studio name. The footer stays. The address in the browser bar is the domain you connected. You copy that address into the first message.

On Thursday the sister watches in a taxi and the mother watches at the kitchen table. Both use the domain. Both see the logo. The sister asks whether the film has a mark on the picture. You answer that the video has no watermark. The name she sees is the logo in the header. She finishes the highlight before the taxi stops.

In December the couple forwards the same domain to a friend who is booking a videographer. The friend opens the gallery, types the password the couple shares, and watches the first dance. Your studio name is in the address and in the header. The friend writes you from that page. The film the couple kept is the sample the friend sees.

On Friday the father connects a laptop to the television. Downloads are off, so he watches the stream. The highlight plays first. He pauses the vows and calls the mother in from the kitchen. The address in the browser is the domain you connected on Pro. The logo in the header is the file from Settings, then Brand. He does not create an account. The password is the one from your second message on Wednesday. The picture has no watermark. On Pro the footer line stays under the films.
