Yes. The Free plan has limits (20 GB storage, up to 3 galleries) and is good to try. Sign up with email (Firebase). You can upload and create galleries right away.

Only original files in «My files». Transcoded HLS streams do not count.

Yes. Upgrade applies immediately. Downgrade takes effect after the current billing period; if over the new limit, new uploads are blocked until you free space or upgrade.

A 14-day grace period applies: access continues, new uploads are blocked. After grace, all your files and galleries are removed.

The transcoder accepts MP4, MOV, AVI, and WebM. Best compatibility: H.264 or HEVC in MP4 or MOV.

30 GB per file. Uploads use multipart: the file is split into parts sent in parallel, which significantly increases upload speed up to your connection's maximum bandwidth.

So clients with different connection speeds can watch in the browser without delays and without downloading the whole file — we convert video to HLS. Time depends on length and resolution. While transcoding, the original is available in the player.

«My files» is storage for all your videos. You can use folders. One file can be in multiple galleries.

A gallery is a project with selected videos. After setup (title, cover, optional password) you get a public link. The client opens it in the browser, no sign-up.

A link to a single file: expiry (7/30 days or no limit), password, and allow-download option.

In the browser, no extra software. All modern devices and browsers support video playback on our site.

Yes. On Basic, Pro, Max you can upload your logo for galleries and file pages. On Free, momentake branding (with watermark) is used.

On Pro/Max you can connect your domain (e.g. video.studio.com). Instructions are in profile settings (custom domain).

1) Go to Settings → profile, find the «Custom domain» field and enter your domain without https:// (e.g. video.yoursite.com). 2) Save. 3) Open the DNS management panel where you bought or manage your domain (registrar, Cloudflare, hosting). 4) Add a CNAME record: in «Name»/Host put the subdomain (e.g. video), in «Points to»/Target put momentake.com. 5) Wait 5–15 minutes (sometimes up to 24 hours). 6) In momentake click to verify the domain. After verification, your galleries will open at your custom URL.

Free only. Paid plans have no watermark.

Any supported method: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and others. All payments go through Monobank acquiring. Currency and locale are set in settings and on the payment page.

Yes. Turn it off in Settings → Plans & Billing → Cancel subscription. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, and no automatic charge will occur at the end.

Extra time after the end date when access continues. If you don’t renew, you move to Free and your files and galleries are removed.

No. We do not store passwords — sign-in is handled by Google Firebase (secure authentication).

Access to all data is via encrypted tokens; without a valid token, data is not accessible.

Set a password in gallery settings. The client enters it once when opening the link.

In Settings → Security: «Export my data» and «Delete my account». Deletion requires confirmation (DELETE and re-authentication).

Try a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), disable blockers for momentake, reload. If the video is still transcoding, wait for it to finish.

Yes. The site and galleries are responsive; playback and download work on phones and tablets.
