- Do clients need an account to watch?
- The couple opens the gallery in the browser. You do not ask them to create an account. You can put a password on the page and set an expiry on the link.
- Which plan connects a custom domain?
- Pro and Max. Your logo is on Free, Basic, Pro, and Max. Max is the plan that hides the “made with momentake” footer. The video has no watermark on any plan.
- What does the couple see if I cancel?
- After you cancel, the subscription stays active until the paid period ends, and the couple keeps watching. After that date you get a 14-day grace period: the couple opens the link, and momentake blocks new uploads. If you do not renew, momentake removes the files and galleries, and the couple cannot open the link.
